Came into a basically dead store around 3pm. Within matter of few minutes it was mad house of people packing in. Not sure girls name that was working the counter....all I can say is AMAZING! Very professional and polite young woman. Kept her composure and maintained excellent service! Only one handing counter, pick up orders, people firing off questions left an right. ALONE!!! Just want to say will be back with amazing customer serive like that!

Girls working were very kind. The Dr Pepper caught my eye and the workers made me want it even more by hyping it up. Cool concept. Love their dirty sodas.

Honestly, this place used to be my favorite spot to hit! I have fond memories as a child coming with my parents. I have never disliked this place once. Today me and my girlfriend went at 9:30pm and yes I understand it is late and they’re about to close. But we wanted a yummy treat after a hard week. We got an açaí bowl and a shaved ice. Before we walked in (mind you all the lights were on prior) they saw us and turned off the lights to pretend they were closed (the door says 10pm is the close), then didn’t say anything until I asked them if they were opened. When we were ordering the lady constantly asked 9-10 times if they we wanted it to go ( as if we were unwelcomed ) After we ordered one of the workers friends was walking in because they were going to hang out after work probably, and out loud said noooo another person is walking in and then when found out it was her friend, then told them that they were about to kill themselves. Honestly the worst customer service ever. Not even the worst part my açaí bowl was 97% granola!? $10 for granola. If there was a manager there I would’ve personally asked for one them because how awful we were treated, and wanted a refund.

Two adults and a 4 year old. We all chose what we wanted and ordered the small. Well let me tell you, the small is huge. Four year old had the gummie filled delight. Fun atmosphere and friendly attentive staffing.

Wonderful customer service! We've always found this location clean. The have a huge variety of flavors, including sugar free. Spring for the cream on your snow 😋! The ring game is so simple yet what's entertains my kids.
